Account
- Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link.
- Need to change your email or phone? Settings → Account.
- Want to delete your account? Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We respect the choice.
Verification
Go to Profile → Get verified, upload a clear selfie and a valid government ID, and we'll review it within 48 hours. The badge stays on your profile once you're approved.
Premium and wallet
- Cancelling Premium: Settings → Premium → Cancel. No phone calls, no winback offers.
- Top-up didn't go through? Email billing@afrodatin.com with your transaction reference and we'll sort it.
- Refunds: Our policy lives in the Terms.
Safety
If something feels wrong, tap the menu on the profile or chat and choose Report. We read every report within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email safety@afrodatin.com directly.
